extracook.life is a digital platform connecting hospitality businesses with professionals or individuals looking for occasional or additional work opportunities.

Our service is limited to publishing listings, displaying them to users, and enabling users to express interest and contact each other.

extracook.life is not the employer of the cook or any other user, does not recruit staff on behalf of restaurants, and is not a party to any agreement concluded between users after they get in touch.

extracook.life is not a payroll provider or payment intermediary and does not guarantee finding work or staff.

Once a worker expresses interest and contact details are shared, any agreement is concluded directly between the business and the worker.

The parties alone are responsible, subject to applicable law, for agreeing and complying with matters including: whether cooperation takes place, the type of legal/employment relationship, working hours, remuneration and payment method, taxes and social-security obligations, declarations to competent authorities, insurance, permits and certificates, health and safety, working conditions, cancellation, attendance, quality of work, conduct during the shift and any other terms.

extracook.life does not negotiate, approve, guarantee or supervise those arrangements.

Users are responsible for the truth, legality and accuracy of the information they provide.

Restaurants are responsible for restaurant details, location, shift date/time, role requested, pay shown, job description and additional notes.

Workers are responsible for identity/profile information, age, experience, qualifications, work history, certifications, availability and contact details.

extracook.life may provide moderation tools but does not guarantee that every user statement is complete or accurate, and does not claim that all users are verified.

Any pay or daily wage displayed in a listing is information entered by the restaurant.

Unless extracook.life explicitly introduces a separate payment service in the future, it does not collect payment, hold funds, guarantee payment, issue payroll or determine employment taxes or contributions.

The restaurant and worker are responsible for ensuring remuneration and employment arrangements comply with applicable law.

Publishing an advertisement does not guarantee that a restaurant will find a worker.

Expressing interest does not guarantee hiring, selection, a shift, payment or future employment.

A restaurant remains free to select whether and with whom it wishes to cooperate, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, extracook.life is not responsible for acts, omissions, agreements, disputes or events occurring directly between users after they have been brought into contact through the platform.

This includes, where legally permitted, disputes concerning non-attendance, late arrival, cancellation, quality of work, payment disputes, workplace behaviour, disagreements between users, property damage and representations made by another user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The business and the worker must determine and comply with all applicable employment laws, social-security and tax obligations, declarations, employment registration requirements, working-time legislation, health and safety requirements and sector-specific rules.

extracook.life does not provide legal, tax, payroll or employment advice.

The platform does not decide whether a person is an employee, freelancer, contractor or occasional worker. Legal classification depends on the actual facts and applicable law.

Businesses remain responsible for workplace obligations imposed on them by applicable law, including a safe workplace, hygiene, appropriate equipment, workplace instructions and occupational health and safety.

Workers remain responsible for complying with lawful workplace instructions and accurately representing any qualifications legally required for the work.

extracook.life does not inspect or certify workplace safety.

extracook.life does not control the workplace or the execution of the shift.

Responsibility for workplace accidents, occupational safety, insurance and related obligations is determined by applicable law and the actual relationship between the business and the worker.

Users must not publish false jobs or misleading pay, impersonate another person or business, harass other users, discriminate unlawfully, request illegal work, evade mandatory employment obligations, use the platform for fraud, collect contact data for spam, misuse personal information or upload unlawful content.

extracook.life may remove unlawful content, suspend accounts, investigate reports and cooperate with lawful authority requests. Any moderation decision follows applicable law and these Terms.

Users can report a listing or a user from inside the app. Reports are stored for admin review; the platform does not automatically decide who is right.

extracook.life is not an emergency service.

For immediate danger, accident, violence or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or public authorities.

Users must be at least 18 years old and confirm this at registration.

We do not collect date of birth where an age confirmation is sufficient.

Users may request account deletion.

extracook.life may suspend or terminate an account for fraudulent activity, serious Terms violations, illegal content or activity, abuse of other users or security threats, without arbitrary or discriminatory enforcement.

Only information that must legitimately remain for legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud/security prevention and accounting or legal claims is retained, and only for an appropriate period.

The extracook.life name, logo, software, design and original content are protected and belong to the platform provider.

Users retain rights in their own content and grant only the limited licence necessary for the platform to display and operate that content.

The platform aims to remain available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, technical faults or third-party infrastructure may temporarily affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, extracook.life is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by agreements, conduct or representations of users.

This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, intentional misconduct where exclusion is prohibited, or other mandatory statutory liability.

Each user is responsible, to the extent provided by applicable law, for consequences arising from their own unlawful content, fraudulent conduct, violations of third-party rights or violations of applicable employment and other legal obligations.

extracook.life may provide reporting and support tools but is not required to adjudicate private employment or payment disputes between restaurant and cook.

Users remain responsible for resolving contractual disputes between themselves and, where necessary, using competent authorities, courts or legal advisers.

extracook.life may cooperate with legitimate requests from competent authorities.

Where business information is displayed from a third-party source (e.g. maps), the provider's terms are respected and such information is distinguished from details submitted by the business itself.

No third-party provider endorses extracook.life. Businesses can request corrections.

When the Terms change materially the version is incremented, the updated Terms are shown, and renewed acceptance is requested where legally necessary. Previous versions are kept internally.
